A kit comprising a PVC carrying case containing a selection of resistance strain gauges together with all the necessary accessories and consumable materials associated with their application.

A complete strain gauge kit containing all components necessary to successfully apply and connect strain gauges, housed in a durable portable case. Suitable for metal, glass and ceramic substrates across a wide temperature range. Kit contents:

• 3 types of strain gauges in varying gauge lengths (10 gauges per length; 30 gauges total)
• Adhesive for bonding gauges to substrate
• 3 types of terminals for connecting gauges to larger cables (100, 200 and 200 off respectively)
• Soldering iron and solder
• Cleaning pads, liquid and cloths
• Wire strippers
• 3 reels of wire (red, blue and yellow)
• Insulating varnish and brushes
• Pens, tape, tweezers, scissors
• Abrasive paper, adhesive tape
• Magnifying glass
