This small aerobic digester allows the study of oxygen transfer phenomena whether oxygen consumption is chemical or biological. Educational Objectives: Determination of oxygen consumption, reaction monitoring.
Applications
Composition:
- A 15-liter study reactor with lid, instrument supports, reagent inlets, bottom drain, in transparent acrylic (or glass, as option)
- Stirrer with electronic speed display and regulation; interchangeable agitator (6-blade Rushton turbine supplied)
- Aeration assembly with stainless steel air diffuser
- Air compressor and air flow meter with adjustment valve
- Dissolved oxygen measurement probe and transmitter
- Combined pH/Redox measurement probe and transmitter
- Control cabinet with on/off commands for pump (optional), compressor, and stirrer; includes oxygen sensor transmitter and pH/Redox transmitter
- PVC connections, mounted on welded stainless steel chassis for benchtop installation

- 15L borosilicate glass reactor with transparent acrylic lid
