Ore Crushing and Grinding Plant

This process plant is designed for simple rock crushing and ore grinding operations. It includes single-stage crushing, material conveying, primary grinding, and classification using either a spiral or hydrocyclone system.

Standard packages are available for the following capacities:

• 25 tonnes/day (1 tonne/hour)
• 50 tonnes/day (2 tonnes/hour)
• 100 tonnes/day (4 tonnes/hour)
• 250 tonnes/day (10 tonnes/hour)

This is a standard setup that includes the major components of a basic crushing and grinding circuit. A detailed engineering study may be required to identify additional requirements for optimal plant design.
