Maturation Tank

This tank is used to carry out various agri-food production steps.

Technical Description:

• Cylindrical 304L stainless steel tank with double jacket and dished bottom
• Capacity: 25, 50 or 100 litres (special volumes on request)
• Tank fitted with 4 casters, 2 with brakes
• Double jacket for water circulation at maximum 2 bar / 95°C max; internal network-water cooling
• Lid: 2/3 fixed welded, 1/3 hinged — opening protected by stainless steel grid for safety
• Tank drain via butterfly valve
• Agitator mounted on the fixed section of the lid
• Agitator control and protection box with temperature display
• 2 double-jacket inlet/outlet nozzles, ½" male
• 2 hoses for double jacket and thermoregulator connection
• 1 Pt100 temperature probe measuring product temperature, used as reference for temperature regulation (if thermoregulator option selected)
